Customer’s signature on the Rental Agreement states that the Renter confirms and accepts that he/she has read these Conditions, and agrees with them. The Conditions of the rental and the Rental Agreement are considered inseparable.

Vehicles can be rented by the drivers who are aged at least 21 years old and have at least three years of driving experience. In order to rent a car the renter must present a valid driving license, and a major credit card.

As per the Rental Agreement, only the Renter is authorized to drive Zing Car Rentals vehicle. Other drivers can be registered as additional drivers. Additional drivers should present a valid driving license. Additional fee applies according to the price list.

The Renter acknowledges and confirms that he/she will not permit anyone to drive the Vehicle:
A) who is not authorized by the Zing Car Rentals staff and is not registered in the Rental Agreement as an additional driver

B) who does not meet the minimum requirements of Zing Car Rentals and official state law regarding driver’s age, validity of driving license and/or any other minimum requirements

C) Who is under alcoholic influence, narcotic or any other stuff affective consciousness or ability to react, or who is exhausted.
In case of breach of this clause the Renter remains responsible for the whole damage and its circumstances.

Zing Car Rentals takes no responsibility for the items or belongings left or forgotten in the rented vehicle. Renter should check the inside of the vehicle carefully before returning or at the moment of return.

A) The Renter must immediately inform about road accident, scratches, crash, theft of the Vehicle or any stolen parts and/or any other incident the Vehicle is involved.

B) Without Zing Car Rentals permission and the police presence the Renter must not accept any liability or release the other part of the accident on his sole decision. The Renter must immediately report the company, police and the insurance company about the accident and follow the further instructions. If the Renter does not follow these instructions, then he/she remains fully responsible for the damage and the circumstances. Zing Car Rentals team is always there to assist.

C) If an accident happens or in case of theft and/or vandalism, the Renter must immediately report the police and the company and at police presence fill all the necessary documentation. Upon returning the rental vehicle the Renter must provide the copy of the protocol filled at the moment of the accident. If the police protocol misses, then the Renter remains fully responsible for the damage.

D) The Renter must keep the Vehicle keys, official documents, remote control and anti – theft system safely. If the vehicle is stolen, the Renter will be required to return all these belongings to Zing Car Rentals representatives.

E) The Renter must closely cooperate with Zing Car Rentals, Police and with the insurance agency to help in the investigation of the traffic accident/loss/vandalism.
If the Renter ignores this clause and does not fulfill the requirements, he/she will remain fully responsible both financially and legally.

F) In case of some obstacles such as darkness, weather conditions, time and/or place of the Vehicle return, vehicle uncleanness and it makes impossible for Zing Car Rentals representative to define the loss of Vehicle parts and/or damages, then Zing Car Rentals has the right within 48 hours to charge for loss or damage if such is discovered.

No, Zing Car Rentals does not allow smoking in our rental cars. We reached out to our renters, and the overall consensus was that they’d prefer a nice-smelling rental car. With that in mind, we don’t allow people to smoke in our rental vehicles so that every renter can enjoy a fresh-smelling car. In addition, our smoke-free fleet doesn’t require consistent deep cleans to remove stains or smells, which means you can get out on the road faster

Zing Car Rentals prohibits all types of smoking in its cars, including vaping. In keeping with this policy, if a car comes back to us smelling of any type of smoke, including e-cigarette vapors, we will assess a cleaning fee.

Pets are allowed in rental vehicles. Customers need to keep pets crated and return their rental car in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.

A) By putting the signature on the Rental Agreement the Renter confirms that he/she takes the full responsibility for all traffic and parking fines occurred during the rental agreement and any other breach of law and its consequences.

B) If the Renter gets traffic or parking fines during his/her rental period, he/she must present the ticket to the Zing Car Rentals Representative with the payment confirmation.

C) If the fines described in paragraph <<PARKING / TRAFFIC FINES >>(A) are received after the rental and covered by Zing Car Rentals, the Renter must compensate to Zing Car Rentals the full amount of the ticket, taxes plus reasonable administrative charges.

D) At any time Renters may request Zing Car Rentals to provide him/her with a copy of rental agreement, police ticket and the receipt that those have been paid off.

When the signature on the Rental Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and accepts that he/she knows that Zing Car Rentals may use his/her personal data according to Zing Car Rentals needs that include statistical analysis, credit check and protection of Zing Car Rentals property. If the Renter breaches the Rental Agreement clauses or state law upon legal bodies’ request Zing Car Rentals has the right to share the available information publicly and forward it to third parties.

A) Zing Car Rentals reserves the right at his sole decision to change or amend the Conditions unilaterally and without prior notice.

B) Any controversies between Zing Car Rentals and the Renter will be settled between the parties during the negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached, then the dispute will be passed to the County Court of St.Mary according to the legislation of the RA.

A) Zing Car Rentals provides vehicles to the Renters in operating and overall good conditions, clean and with a full tank, complete with all necessary documents.

B) The Renter agrees to return the Vehicle to Zing Car Rentals according to the information stated in the Rental Agreement, in the same condition as before the rental taking into the consideration the natural tear and wear, returning the same documents and extra equipment.

C) The Renter will review the condition of the Vehicle when supplied by the supplier, and by signing, will agree that it matches to the description given in the Vehicle Delivery/Acceptance protocol which is inseparable part of the Rental Agreement. The Renter confirms that during the rental he/she will be responsible for the careful use according to the technical description of the Vehicle, documents and additional accessories and for safe driving.

D) The Renter must return the Vehicle to the Zing Car Rentals location (or any other) designated in the Rental Agreement within the working hours of the location. If The Renter drops off the Vehicle out of the estimated working hours he/she must fulfill with the out-of-office-hours return terms for that location. If the Renter returns the Vehicle within out of office hours time framework he/she remains fully responsible for the Vehicle until Zing Car Rentals personnel takes possession of it by signing on the Delivery/Acceptance Protocol.

E) If the Renter does not return the Vehicle to the mentioned return location/place at the time stated in the Rental Agreement, Zing Car Rentals will charge an additional day’s charges to the rental amount after one hour of delay. If the Renter fails to return the Vehicle to the agreed point, which is not Zing Car Rentals downtown location, or if it is out of hours’ time, he / she will be fully responsible for the delivery or out of hours charges.

F) The Renter is obliged to pay a supplementary cleaning fee if the Vehicle requires a more thorough than Zing Car Rentals standard inside and outside cleaning at return.

If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact the location where you picked up the vehicle.

If you have not picked up your vehicle you can view, modify, or cancel your reservation by doing so on the main page. When visiting this page, you will need to make sure all fields are filled out. If you fail to enter in your confirmation number, first name, and last name — the reservation will not be found. If you have entered in all this information correctly and still cannot modify your reservation, please contact us.
If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date or time, this may result in a change to your rates, taxes, surcharges, or underage fees. Please see your new rate quote when you verify your reservation

If you did not prepay for your reservation, there will not be a cancellation fee.
If you prepaid for your vehicle, the following conditions will apply (applicable in US and Jamaica only):

1. If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50
2. If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $100

Hearing impaired clients will not be able to rent or drive our vehicles due to not having the insurance coverage.

• Customers may refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the vehicle.
• If a customer chooses not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, they will be charged the local Zing Car Rentals rate which is typically above the local pump price.
