No, Zing Car Rentals does not allow smoking in our rental cars. We reached out to our renters, and the overall consensus was that they’d prefer a nice-smelling rental car. With that in mind, we don’t allow people to smoke in our rental vehicles so that every renter can enjoy a fresh-smelling car. In addition, our smoke-free fleet doesn’t require consistent deep cleans to remove stains or smells, which means you can get out on the road faster

Zing Car Rentals prohibits all types of smoking in its cars, including vaping. In keeping with this policy, if a car comes back to us smelling of any type of smoke, including e-cigarette vapors, we will assess a cleaning fee.

We don’t require customers to sanitize their rental Vehicles before returning them; however, we do expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in.

If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded. If you return the vehicle before the original return date, you will not be refunded any portion of the payment.

No, you cannot rent a car for someone else.The person who has reserved the rental is the one who needs to pick it up. However, you may be able to add a driver onto your rental contract. Zing Car Rentals requires the additional driver to sign a form before allowing them to driver the rented vehicle, and there may be added fees.

If a customer is delayed, it is our policy to honor a reservation up to 24 hours beyond the stated pick-up time. If you anticipate a delay in picking up your car, Zing  Car Rentals would greatly appreciate your notifying us at 1(876) 726-0471 as soon as possible.

If you did not prepay for your reservation, there will not be a cancellation fee.

Yes, if you require a baby seat for your little passengers, we have three sizes for you to choose from (Infant Seat, Child Seat or Booster Seat) for an additional fee during the check out process.

Please Note: You will be responsible for installing the child car seat yourself, a Zing team member will provide you with the car seat and detailed instructions. The child car seat, as with any other add-on or accessory, you will be responsible for any damages incurred during your rental period.
